Suggestion for page numbers

When I'm on any page of posts besides the first one, there's not an obvious indicator of where you are within all the pages on that board unless you look at the address bar and see that it says "page2" or whatever at the end.

My suggestion is to give some kind of visual indicator of where you are within that board. So if I'm on page 4 of the board, in the listing at the top and bottom of the page where it says Page 1 2 3 4 5 6 7, etc., the number 4 would be bold, bigger, and/or not clickable since I'm already on that page. Having Next Page and Previous Page buttons would also be handy. What I'm running into is being on, say, page 4 and I want to go to the next page, but I can't remember what page I'm on currently. Looking at the page line (Page 1 2 3 4 5 6) doesn't give me a visual clue, so I don't automatically know what number I need to click next, and there's no Next button to just take me to the next page back.

I hope that makes sense! What I'm thinking is sort of like how Google has its search results pages set up.
