Unlocking a topic.

I am the administrator of Russian Cars Forum. Some of my threads are locked to new posts from non-members (guests). I want to allow guests to post on all my topics.
How do I unlock topics, to allow guests to post?

click the 'Show Topic Admin Actions' at the top of each topic and uncheck the 'Locked to new replies' checkbox.
