Questions in regards to free domain name
Hello I am new to the Lefora community only 5 days. Seen you are having a promotion to a free domain name. i have a few questions i currently have a free forum
1) www.fantasysportstalk.lefora.com am i right to ask this will just drop the ""lefora"" in the link? and it will still be a free forum? will their be fees after this?
2) So I have to post to someone elses forum about my forum is my 1st step? I am assuming it is not on someone elses lefora forum?
3) email you all why i want a custom domain name with my webpost, my forum, and my domain name( shouldnt this be the same as my forum?)
As I stated earlier I am very new to this only 5 days so I apologize if these questions are easy for some to understand but I find it a little harder to understand. Any help in this would be very much appreciated. Thanks Again, Newbie

you can use a custom domain name on a domain name you already own, you will have to buy it from a site like godaddy.com if you don't already own one.

if the promotion is confusing, you can skip the promotion that's going on and just upgrade your forum to a 'Lefora Pro' forum in your admin panel and instructions will be emailed to you on how to setup a custom domain (the promotion is a freebie).
