Can you allow members to write there own quotes

If you want a quote box simply wrap the words with [ quote] quoted text [ /quote] note: space was added after bracket to prevent actuation. Remove space when using.

I guess you are referring to the Rank. That is controlled by number of posts and can be whatever the Forum Admin wants (or none). I use a Lizard theme at my Forum, 0-10 posts Newt, 10-50 Salamander and so on. You can set these in the Admin Panel. Individuals can not set their own.
