Help required

I have been running a forum now for sometime, (www.tpsclanforum.lefora.com) but all of a sudden i can't get to do anything on my forum my explorer keeps coming up with "THE FOLLOWING PLUG IN IS UNRESPONSIVE SHOCKWAVE FLASH WOULD I LIKE TO STOP IT?" i have tried this but all it does then is restart explorer, i run google chrome, and internet explorer 8, and have had no problems in the past, i run windows vista on my system. Can anybody please help me here.

your forum has a flash plugin on the sidebar (playlist.com), that must be causing the issue for you. you can ask the admin to try using a different widget.
