members are not showing in my message box or members admin box

I just checked my email and it says two members pending approval from me on lefora forum, yet when I go my forum there are not members showing as pending, not in my message box or members box in admin it seems I can only see pending members in my email , and not in the forum admin

hi rona, i see that there is 1 pending member to  your forum.  If there is another person that's not appearing, could you email me and CC them so I can investigate, my email is 'chief -at- lefora.com' and be sure to link to your forum.

I am now having this problem with my forum. I am not recieving e-mails about pending members and pending members are not showing in the Admin Panal.

brocknews, I just applied to join your forum and checked in your admin page there was a notification, and my request was listed as pending on your members page.

So that side seems to be working, ( I also approved and then removed myself).
