get rid of my forum name and start a topic on header

im a moron. and i accidentally changed themes and it erased allllllllllllll of my CSS. and I really dont want the whole "Lifehouse Forum" and "Start A Topic" up to pon the header. it blocks my badass banner. i believe coloneljack gave me the CSS before to get rid of these. any halp?
