Hello all. I am having problems with a disgruntled ex member who is now flooding our forums and keeps making new accounts to come in with after i ban him every time and bot spams my forums. What can i do??? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Sorry about that.
First, I would say make sure to mark his posts as 'Spam' and don't delete them outright. If he's spam bot'ing your forum, by marking his posts as spam, you'll train our filter to block his posts.
I might also suggest turning on 'membership approval required' if you haven't already.
