My forum will not let me sign in?

hi, i see that you're logged in here, so i'm not sure why you would have an issue on your forum (it uses the same login).  Are you still having the same issue?  Have you tried restarting your computer in case it's some funky browser issue?

I have been borrowing my neighbors laptop is how i am available to get on now. But my computer will not let me sign into my forum or even the support forum.
As I stated before nothing has changed on my computer in the last month. Cookie settings have not changed, virus protection has not changed, browser has not changed I performed a virus scan and nothing wrong. I have not changed anything in a month but all of a sudden it would not let me in.
Like I mentioned before my neighbor has been letting me use their computer but I will need to return that shortly. Appreciate any thoughts on this I dont want to have to clean my computer completely out and reboot it since their is no virus problem. Thanks

Have you tried another Browser (I recommend Firefox) on your computer for login? I doubt it is a Virus more likely you got a update (auto update) that screwed with your Browser settings. Do you have any Addons? Try disabling them one by one to see if that is the offending area. Since your friends computer works for login at your place it is not a ISP issue.

Thanks mattb4 i uploaded Firefox although i don't like using something new because of time to get used to but it will let me in to my forum. I have no idea why it would not let before like I said nothing was added but it could have been a update. so thanks for the advice. Firefox lets me into my forum now.

Hi Janet, can you not log into your email?  If so, you will have to contact your email provider.
