Web Links and emails

I can't add any more weblinks to my forum.  Is there a limit?  It actually is being finicky, I added a test one and it went on ok, so I deleted that one and put one up I really wanted and it wouldn't take it.  So I tried some others and they would add either.

Also we I go to look at my sent emails, it doesn't tell me who I sent them too.  This is kind of important because I try to send a welcome email to each new member and if I get busy I want to be able to look back and see who I sent to.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

there may be a limit of 10 links within the widget, however you can add more than one 'Links' widget, so that you could add another links widget directly below (and maybe give them different titles if they link to different areas).

If you know HTML, you can also create your own links with the 'Custom HTML' widget, using an unordered list, it would look something like:

<ul>
<li><a href="http://example.com">Link 1</a></li>

<li><a href="http://example.com">Link 2</a></li>
....
</ul>

Thanks I really appreciate it , I will get my hubby to do it.

Also my second questions was whenI go to look at my sent emails, it doesn't tell me who I sent them too.  This is kind of important because I try to send a welcome email to each new member and if I get busy I want to be able to look back and see who I sent to.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi suzan, that's something that we have planned changes for in the future, but at the moment what I suggest is you add their username to the subject line so that you can easily tell.  For instance if you were to welcome me to your forum, it might be 'Welcome chief to Papyrus Jungle' or 'Welcome to Papyrus Jungle chief'
