Is there a way to send a private message to multiple people at the same time, so that they can discuss something, that other members won't see. Like an admin meeting in the forum?

Because I can only send one message to a person at the moment, and I do not want to send the same message to both, then to talk to both people separately, and yeah, the forum part of the my forum, is not an option for the discussion i wish to have with my admins, :)
