maybe try admin panel then appearance then sidebar then custom html.I added group logo pic this way.
Yep - the Custom HTML widget is the way to do this, although be warned that having flash widgets in the sidebar can really slow down the loading of pages. Every time the user navigates to a different page the video will reset as well.
