Question about spammers

Today, I got first spam from the " member ", of course I banned him, however I found another new member in my members category and it shows he has one post, but I can't find this post in my forum nor Spam box.
It means this member also a spammer because I can't find the post? How can I find out the differences?
It may be a deleted post, or it may be some other explanation. Click on his name to see his blog - his post should be listed there, if it's still on your forum. Just because a post went to spam doesn't mean that it is spam, so don't jump to conclusions.
