Editing other member's posts as an admin?

Hello there, I couldn't find the answer to this anywhere so thought I might ask here,
Is there anyway as and Admin to edit another member's posts?

Sometimes I feel it is not appropriate to delete the post, but would rather be able to edit off-topic comments out of the post.

It would be rather helpful if there was a tool to do this.
