How Do I Remove a Founder From My Forum?

I am the founder and Admin in Trip reports. However for some reason there are others who are listed as founders and were not . They were Moderators . I wish to remove some of them as they never contribute anything to my site, but how do I do this? There is nothing I can see to activate this.. Thanks..
I think when you go to "members" on the admin panel you should be able to change their founder status just as you can make them a member, mod, or admin... At least that's what I can do on mine...
Still, there might be more to it, so over to the experts...
