"(forum name) Topics" cannot be removed

I'm having an issue with the administration panel at http://bedlam.lefora.com .

I'm trying to remove the separator entitled "Bedlam Forum Topics", but it refuses to get removed.  Basically, whenever I delete the separator, it fails to save the change or creates a new separator in the exact same place called "Bedlam Forum Topics".  There's no need for this here, and it's interfering with my efforts to use the "All Bedlam" separator above.

Any thoughts?
