Cant accept new members
Hi i have a bunch of members that want to join my private forum but i cant accept their applications. I accepted 3 of them, then a couple hours later i tried to accept some more but there was no accept button anymore. None of the applications have a button to accept... I do like this forum except for having this problem. I dont want to have to find a new forum somewhere else. Can anyone help?
Sorry to hear that. We're looking into this. As it appeared and then disappeared, maybe it would help to turn off membership approval on your forum, then turn it back on and see if that helps?
If that doesn't, would you mind taking a screenshot and sending it to me so that we can better understand the problem and get it fixed for you ASAP.
There is no accept button... I tried changing it to public for a minute, it did nothing.
ahh, i see now. One member seems to have left you a really long message, 'yoyo.....' and that has moved your accept button of the edge of the screen. This is a bug and we'll get it fixed, but for now, please send me an email with a link to your forum, and a link to this topic and we'll see what we can do for you.
