Daily Digest Email Notifications returning Sep 3rd - Please report bugs

Three notes:
First, the banner message caused me a bit of confusion, because Wednesday was the Second.  Today is Thursday the Third.

Second, while a Digest is a useful feature, it would have shown more etiquette to default it to be off and allow people to Opt-In.

Third, it would be even more useful if the Digest had at least the option for receiving all new posts, not just the ones we're participating in.

Just my three cents worth.

I'm casual with this

My members are getting the  daily digest which they think is great, unfortunately i am not! I am getting new member approvals, new PM's but no daily digest?

Have all of the boxes ticked.

Have checked spam box.

Have changed e-mail 3 x - same result

Any ideas?

nicmac, are you sure there are unread posts in your forum?  It only goes out when there are unread posts to topics you've participated in.  Many admins check all topics in their forum - so in that case, you wouldn't have an unread topic when it is sent out each morning. 

Yeah for sure, was beside my colleague when he got his? However, i did today receive an update from the support forum!

How long have is been since these updates quit working? I have asked a few members and they aren't getting the Daily Digest notices, so I know it isn't just me.

It seems some members are receiving the digest and some aren't.

This is an old topic, we'll look into any daily digest issues, i'm locking this topic, so if you have a problem, please start a new topic.  If you can provide specific details, such as which domains are receiving emails (like hotmail, yahoo, etc.) and which aren't, that would be helpful to us.
