Posts from a member now show Guest (anonymous)

That means the person deleted their account and left your forum.  If that is not the case, please let us know.

No, he hasn't left and his account still shows in the member list....I'm still trying to find out if he did anything else

I had a member TRY to delete an account, had all postings from that member show up as guest, but the member's account was still there. I think it is still there now and wonder what went wrong. I was told this member definitely TRIED to delete the account, but it didn't work. After that, that person posted a few more things and all showed up as guest.

where do you see them showing up as a member, in the admin panel, or on the memberships page?

For my member, the account shows up in admin panel and membership page. The last four postings actually show as that member's postings. (theses four postings were done after the rest were listed as guest)

He shows in both the admin panel and the membership page. His post count in both is correct, but in the membership page he has no recent posts, despite posting only 2 days ago.

He definately doesn't want to delete the account, though if he's been playing with settings, he may have messed with something he shouldn't. I still need to speak to him again to find out if he played about.

I do not know if you are using the right address since I note some spelling mistakes in your post. If you try to go to a private Forum you will get a page With the name of the Forum and a space to register your name and email address. Note if you already have a Lefora account you should use that to register. Since there is universal login across Lefora, any Forums you belong to, will be also logged in if you go to view.
