Member can't access site
This is the e-mail she sent me:
On Sept 3rd I registered to join the CBHS Class of 61 site. Shortly there after I received a letter stating I needed to be approved by the admin which would be yourself! On the same day I then received this warm welcome below for joining.
Oddly enough, the username and password that I entered to register didnt work??? My email address, username and password are reported as being invalid, or stated as to being used in another le fora companion forum, which is not possible. Is there a reason I cant access this site?

I approved her membership, the automatic Welcome message was sent, and she appears as a Member on the site. How can I get her on the site? Thanks.
can she try posting here on this topic in support. She should try joining the support forum with her email address and password she used on your site.
