Members with IE having problems viewing our forum?

The name disappearing on the left can be solved by turning on compatibility mode in IE8. (This looks like a broken page icon on the right hand side of the address bar.)

The other problem is caused by your member viewing the forum on what looks like 1024 resolution....
The Classic Theme uses a sidebar with a fixed width of 300px, with the main part of the forum set to fill whatever's left of the screen - consequently, not much room if you're viewing on 1024...

Seems like a few members got a little help as a result from the first part of your anwer.

But one member (at least) have issues with watching pics in full resolution. Also, pics that he post doesn´t show in full resolution when I click them? Nothing happens? He has his own server and hosts his pics there.
When I post pics from Photobucket or similar, they all show and are clickable to see them in full resolution.

Any thoughts on this matter?? See the same link as above for more info.

In FF it's possible to right-click the pic and select 'show picture'

In IE, the options are to copy the address of the pic and open it in a new tab (not simple - but it works) or save it to your pc.

Try pasting the address of hosted images directly into the post editor (make sure you select 'expand images' from the box that appears at the bottom of the editor) - the picture should be clickable.

Generally, displayed images are scaled (for display within a post only) to a maximum of 500x1000px...
