Members having issues to log!!!Help!!!
Hello,
Since yesterday some members are trying to access the forum, log on the page, and they are complaining these 2 situations are happening:
First: When they try to open the page, it sticks for 3 or 5 seconds, and then goes to a white page, what makes impossible for them to log!!!
Second:They try to reset the password and keeps saying the username is incorrect, even when they set the proper user!
Third:They receive random redirect links to send them for other sites.
Please these are serious issues, so can someone clarify me what is going on, and how can I fix these troubles?

If they're not related to lefora then it sounds like some kind of malware....
The white page issue was a problem we had for some anonymous users for a couple of hours yesterday, and that was fixed yesterday. Sorry about that one.
As for the password reset, we've got nothing strange showing up our end, they're going out and working.
As for your third point, I agree with coloneljack, that sounds like some outside influence not part of lefora, I'd make sure to check your system or any third party widgets you've installed in your sidebar.
I need to access http://www.bdncmembers.lefora.com and seem to be the only one having problems. Please help.
ColonolJack, I can't even access your forum at all, I mean I can see it but, it says I have to sign in to gain access to your board so when I do I get this under construstion thingy and when I do try to sign in anyways it logs me out of my forum board and says I'm pirating off of someone elses email and pw. lol That part is bloody hilarious and only in yours Jack, I'm having no probs anywhere else PLUS, I went to go and change the background of my skin and poof, my skin was all messed up so I went and did some research in here to see what was up and I read there may be broken links.

guest_Carole Faith i see you're logged in as a 'guest', maybe that's the problem, are you able to log into the support forum?
