Posts disappear
I've got this problem on my forum. I, as well as my members experience this. One will type a message and press the 'submit' button at the bottom. All of a sudden the 'Reply box' re-appears and your message is gone, lost in the cyber world! If you copy the message before submitting it, you can just paste it in the new 'reply box'. But if it wasn't copied, it is totally gone.
What to do?
Might want to post your Browser and version ( Flash version also) to help with trouble shooting.
there's a chance it's going to the spam folder, ask the admin of the forum to check if there is any spam and mark it as 'not spam' to train our system.

I found the 'spam' folder, it is empty. What next?
So if it's not spam, then it must be something else. I haven't seen other people reporting this issue on the support forum. As your forum is private, I can check to see if there are any 3rd party widgets which might be causing a conflict.
For any of your members that are having this problem, can you have them come here and post on this thread. If they can take a screenshot of the error they get, that would be helpful. Please post webbrowser information and version number when reporting.
