Forum extremely slow tonight

When I exited my forum after the last message 11 Lefora pop-ups opened up.  I never had this problem before last night.

Yep - slow, although your forum only took between 10 and 20 seconds to load, Bibby.

I got timed out 3 time trying to edit and the load time is slow...

Slow this is my first time and I spent 3 hours setting up I keep getting 504 Gateway Time-out after 2 minutes of waiting to load...

and this is my 2nd time trying to post this...

I have broadband and all the other sights work good. I sure hope it is not like this all the time...

We experienced some high server activity which slowed down some forums. The problem should be resolved and we'll keep an eye on it.

Hi chief. It's still extremely slow on my end.  The last time I opened my forum it took 40 seconds and the forum is my ie home page and Firefox homepage which means it's cached and should open up in seconds with my broadband.

Still a problem on my own forum and on here too... It took me no less that 15 Gateway 504 Time-outs before I could even read this thread...

Any idea how long this is gonna last...? I've been working my socks off lately trying to recruit new members and am concerned that this being a first impression for some of them will drive them away, undoing all my hardwork... :-(

Am not even gonna bother trying to read the other threads on here today...

For the record, mine is still slow this morning too. Not as bad as last night, but definitely noticeably slower.

extremely slow........not even the ads will load quik....

maybe they are giving us some MORE ads ......

While I'm sure you are working on it, I thought I would let you know my forum started loading slowly last night and is still slow this morning.

my forum is running at snails pace as well....my members got fed up and left me all sorts of complaints...I thought it was my pc last night...but today it's worse.  Please let us know what the problem is so I can let them know IF they decided to come back today.

I don't know where you people are from. With me, in Cape Town, South Africa also extremely slow since this morning already!
