New member does not show up in member section

I have someone from Australia who tried to join my forum at www.justincase.lefora.com You can see him on the side bar under community info as being the newest member, but he is not in the member section and he cannot post.  Here is what he descibed:
"I cannot post to anything whatsoever and as you say, I don't show up in the member list. But when I check my profile, it comes up and I can alter or modify it. But when you hit the submit button, the same screen comes up again. I was going to delete the account and start again but it prohibits you from using the same username again. "

I had him update his browser and make sure cookies are enabled with no result.  He does not even show up as a member in the forum admin section.
