I have added chat side bar from 99chats however everything i go to different web page i have sign in again all the chat transcrip will lost.. is there anyway to retain the chat and dont have to log in each time visit different pages

we recommend using the www.chatango.com chat widget, you won't have to login each time.

I have change to chatango however i get that green connecting sign.on .. however after sometime.. i get a result as no connection and it tries to connect again.
