Frames Off for Some Members?

Just started my forum yesterday.
Some members aren't able to see the screen name's and/or avatars to the left of the screen. I can see them just fine whether I'm logged in or not.
I'm using the "Classic With Sidebar" template.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Turn on compatability mode in IE8 - that should fix it.
Ah, so the ones having issues are very likely running IE?
