Missing Tabs

I assume this is some sort of temporary aberration but I thought I would mention that the colored tabs at the top and in the sidebar are missing from this forum;  the text is still there.  I am experiencing the same thing in my own forum.

I forgot to add that this seems to be occurring with both firefox and I.E..

This is the same problem mentioned in the myriad of other posts regarding the image server not working.
