I can't download any of the attachments we have on our site mvp.lefora.com
We are using the pro plan and are allotted 5 gb. We are currently utilizing a fraction of that.
When I click on the attachment, it just times out giving me the following error:
504 Gateway Time-out
Last Friday, the site was down entirely for a couple hours in the morning. 8 to 10 am.
I sent an e-mail to support and received the following error:
