STILL HAVING SERVIER ISSUES , Unable to group email again,

I don't see anyone else complaining of these issues again and although i used other threads, I started a new one since I seem to be alone here.
 
Group email  was working again yesterday but i've tried all day to send a group email and I get a "you just sent one, wait" type of message.  Of course, none have been sent.   Our Aavatars are fluctuating again too but that is not a hardship, not being able to keep our near 1000 members up to date, is.  Is this just my forum with the email issue?
