Please explain Lefora ranking system.
How does the Lefora ranking system work. Some forums don't display a rank at all.
As for views, can an admin raise his forum's view count by repeatedly visiting his forum? Are non-member views and member views both counted?

New forums won't be ranked. Don't know the other answers, sry.
I believe that private Forums are not ranked due to their private nature. As for views, I expect they use unique IP address to count. Thus if you view a post multiple times it is only counted once. Would not matter if you are logged in or not.
