How long does it take.

How long does it take for the management to reply to an email I have purchased pro and need to setup my domain I have sent emails to support and domain support but havent heard anything  I am having a grand opening on 31st so I need to setup my domain pretty quick will check back here.
I have paid for a month but I read here somewhere that if you have your own doamin that you get it free??????
