My forum moved a while ago, off of Lefora and i deletes all the members.
However we are re-opening lefora and moving back to it, but members are having problems registering getting this message:
"I'm sorry that email already exsists on the forum."
Is there anyway i can wipe previous emails, so they can re-register? I already deleted all the members.
I need this information pronto.
you probably removed their accounts from your forum, but they still have member accounts on the lefora network. They just need to login with their email address and password, then click the 'join now' links on your forum.
They forgot their passwords though...
they can just click the 'forgot password' link (below the login fields) and one will be emailed to them.
they said it didn't work, but it worked for some.
