Can't create forum: 404 error

I'm new to Lefora and I want to create a forum. Unfortunately, when clicking the "Create forum" I'm redirected to a 404 page.
can you provide a screenshot just before you get to the error page so I can investigate more.
i think we just found the error and fixed it, sorry for the problem, please let us know if you can create a forum successfully now.
