Group Email Time Limit

If I'm correct, there's a 24 hour limit between sending emails. The problem with this is if people are sending daily emails, due to the time limit the sending time will creep forward over time as they can only send it after the same time yesterday... (Not sure that was clear :-S )

Anyway, a shorter limit (say between 20 - 23 hours) would allow people to maintain a regular posting schedule.
