So I go to log into my forum and recieved this when I get to my page...
and I get this message below.

So, I don't believe that I'm a robot. I'm 99% sure I'm not. Can you help a brother out?
It's my forum & I supose I should check in there every once and awhile to make sure the monkeys aren't slinging poop at each other. 
I think you have that error because your using domain forwarding within iframes with your custom domain and that's causing problems.
