member cannot log on thru forum

#0, by lefty-219, 04 November 2009 12:17 PM

Hi Chief,

I think you helped this member log on the first time and apparently he is having to do that for every log on. Here is his latest message to me

can't loggin to this place from the login page, I have to click on the tab to the right which discontinues the page and kicks it back to the main Lefora Page....then I can loggon.

Any suggestions as to how to help him?

Also, another member is emailing that she cannot log on.

Guidance is appreciated. Thank you.

I've got a member who said she cannot log on this morning, either. I've had no problem getting in myself. Let me know if you need further details.

if it's just one member having a problem, it may be a conflict on their computer.  Can you ask them to try logging into this support forum, support.lefora.com  If they have any issues, can they take a screenshot and post a link to the screenshot here - by uploading the image to http://imageshack.us

Hi chief,

More input from this guy. His computer is acting up. I suspect it's from his end. I will pass this info along, As long as he can get in, right now, I'm willing to wait to see if it happens when he gets a new PC.

Thank you for your assistance. I will keep an eye on this problem and get back to you.
