Hi Spook. You can do it. Feel free to imbed an Imeem widget or one from other providers.
Unfortunately that is the nature of the beast of the music player and we don't have much control over it. I'll look into any other alternatives that might work.

We include your moderators since they are helping out your board as well and they deserve credit.
We will be looking into adding grouping features in the future. We build out new features all the time and its on our list.
You can change the theme to the 'classic' view which is similar in style to vbulletin.
Our spam system is constantly learning. We do sweeps of spam all the time and for every message that gets through we catch 100's. Hence why we allow people to do anonymous posting.
Our goal is to avoid captcha's if possible since its just another step in the user experience. If things change we will reasses the need for them.
We implemented it that way according to usage behavior. We have seen that people often time start a topic in the topic they just were in. I do see your point about it being confusing if you happen to be in the main forum page however.
We currently don't offer subforums. This is something we're discussing internally about implementing in the future.

You can do that by clicking on the 'switch to visual editor' function in the upper right hand corner of the edit box. Here is where its located.
While his username isn't taken in your forum it probably has been used by someone else in the Lefora platform.
One of the unique things we have built out is that we allow single sign on to any forum hosted by Lefora. That way people don't ever have to worry about joining all the forums they are interested in. Unfortunately this does mean people will be scrambling to take up the cool users names like Archon. :(

Do you have an example or a screenshot we can look at so we can see what exactly would need to be done and if its possible within our system.
The ads we are currently using are Google AdSense. The way they work is that they search the text of the pages and serve an ad up based on the context. As long as the content you're putting up isn't lude the ads should reflect that appropriately. If this becomes and issue then I'd be happy to talk to you about potential options.
Are you reffering to the 'headlines' page I take it? That is just a general overview of the site. Regular members can also access 'forum' where they can find every post made even if it has no replies.
If I'm understanding correctly he referred the single post across multiple categories. We've built this original feature in so that people can contribute to a thread from multiple entry points.

We're playing with the themes to get them just right. I will make note of this to our designer.
Seems we missed this one in our testing. I have put it into our bug queue.

Can you ask the members that are having issues what browser they are using. Also links to the URL of where they attempted to post the videos would help out a ton.
We are working on the ability to move posts as we speak, we figure it should be released in a few days if all goes well. Locking posts is also in the roadmap.
Hey. We're playing with putting out a new release of the code today. I can work together with you to put it where it was until we get the theme color editor fixed.
We are working on the privacy and user controls in our next major release.
