Due to an outage of Amazon's S3 (Simple Storage Service), avatars and file attachments are currently unavailable. Sorry for the inconvenience. The S3 service has historically been very reliable, and we expect that it will be back up soon.

There currently isn't a max total for all attachments. That is, all forums currently have unlimited storage.

There's been a lot of changes lately that we unfortunately haven't translated yet. We hope to add (and complete) a lot more translations in the near future.
