My forum has been having troubles with embedding pics and vids. When we try to upload files direct from the computer is just doesn't seem to work. They don't embedded. The only way we are getting them embedded is by using the photobucket direct link.

Would there be a way to have a pop up that tells you that you have a new private message when you come onto the forum? I don't always see mine and sometimes by the time I check my e mail box that alerts me to new messages it is a day or two old.

I have had several of my members ask me to remove a line from their post after their 15 min ir up to edit. Or I have had a few situations where a member posted a very nice topic but have one or two sentances or even one word that I feel is offensive but the rest can stay. Is there a way for a mod or admin to edit a post for a member.
Ok so I know I have seen this setting a 100 times in my forum but I for the life of me can not find it now. I like my forum to have the newest reply at the bottom with the original topic at the top and some how that has gotten reversed. How do I fix it?

Is there a way in the profile to have the member list their birthdate so that on that members birthday it shows up in the side bar so that all of the fourm members can wish that person a happy birthday?

Ok figured out how to put widgets on my site. However in the side bar they end up being too wide and get cut off. Unless someone chooses to view full screen on it. Is there a way to fix this so it isn't cut off. I know when I change the height and width in the widget program I am using to get the widgets it then cuts off the actual widget. If that makes any sense.
I guess a better question is what is the ideal size widget to fit in the side bar?

ok so there are a ton of fun and cool widgets out there on different web sites. How do I put them on my forum in the side bar. My guess is that I use the custom HTML widget and copy and past the given HTML into that widget. However, which one do I use. Most of these widget sites give you tons of different codes you can copy. One is bloggerpost, the other is for Myspace and the other one is facebook, and so on and so forth.

Ok so I posted a poll in my forum and I have the widgets set up to have polls in my side bar. Why isn't my poll showing up? Or am I doing it wrong?
