How to add a widget to forum's sidebar

Hi,

I would like to add widgets to forum's sidebar, so of course I follow the steps of http://support.lefora.com/2008/04/08/add-flash-widget-your-forums-sidebar/page1/

I save and when I get back on my main page there is only the title of the widget and no widget…
I tried a lot of widgets example: a FM radio: http://www.google.com/ig/directory?synd=open&num=24&url=http://poulfougou.free.fr/webfm/radio.xml&output=html , another http://www.gmodules.com/ig/creator?url=http://fishgadget.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/fish.xml&synd=open&w=300&h=200&title=Fish&border=%23ffffff%7C3px%2C1px+solid+%23999999

They all fail, only one run: http://www.yourminis.com/minis/yourminis/yourminis/mini:calendar

Why these widgets don’t appear? Java? Dimension?
